What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional service via phone, chat, and email to Italian-speaking viewers
• Provide technical support and guidance on software functionality, system configuration, and network settings
• Assist with account access, subscriptions, application use, and content-related queries
• Handle complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using internal tools
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm, clarity, and care

What We Offer

• Monthly base salary: €1,000 gross (x14 months/year)
• Attendance bonus: up to €100/month gross (paid over 11 months)
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per worked day (net)

• €2,000 – paid over 12 months during the first year.

Working Hours

• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 9 PM (rotational shifts)
• Days off: 2 days/week (rotational)
• Project runs 365 days/year
