Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in the travel and airline services sector. You will handle customer enquiries, provide clear information and help resolve service-related questions in Italian and English.

On-site in Lisbon, Portugal, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 (Portugal time). Relocation support is provided and a net meal allowance plus performance and attendance bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

Fluent Italian and proficient English.
Customer-service experience is an advantage.
Ability to understand procedures, manage enquiries and remain professional under pressure.
