Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in the travel and airline services sector. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, provide clear information, and help resolve service-related questions while following established procedures.

The role requires fluent Italian and proficient English, with relocation support offered. Working hours are Monday to Friday, Lisbon-based on-site, with a monthly salary of €1,050–€1,150 gross
