Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support travelers in Italian and English. You will handle inquiries, provide clear information and help resolve service questions in a fast, professional manner on-site in Lisbon.

The role operates Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00 with relocation support available. Compensation includes €1,050–€1,150 gross per month (paid over 14 months), a €7.63 net daily meal allowance and two bonuses: €175 performance and €75

Qualifications

Italian and English languages required; customer-service experience is an advantage.
Professional, calm, and customer-focused demeanor.
Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Italian and English.

Record details and maintain clear customer-service documentation.
