Cross Border Talents seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist customers in the travel and airline services sector. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, provide clear information, and help resolve service-related questions while following established procedures.

On-site role in Lisbon, Portugal, working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Relocation support is provided, with a meal allowance and performance/attendance bonuses as part of the offer.

Qualifications

Fluent Italian and English required.
Experience in customer service is advantageous.
Ability to understand procedures and remain professional under pressure.
