Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in travel and airline services. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English, provide clear information, and guide customers through service procedures on-site in Lisbon.

Relocation support is provided. The role includes standard hours with weekends off and a monthly gross salary of €1,050–€1,150 paid over 14 months, plus meal allowance and performance/attendance bonuses.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication in Italian and English.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Ability to handle inquiries under pressure.
