Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support travellers in the travel and airline services sector. You will handle enquiries in Italian and English and provide clear information.

On-site in Lisbon, Portugal, working Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00; relocation support provided; salary €1,050–€1,150 gross per month (paid over 14 months).

Benefits include €7.63 net meal allowance per working day, €175 performance bonus and €75 attendance bonus.

Qualifications

Fluent Italian and proficient English.
Customer-service experience is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand procedures and stay professional under pressure.
Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
