Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers in the travel and airline services sector. You will handle inquiries in Italian and English and provide clear information following service procedures.

The role requires fluent Italian and proficient English, with customer-service experience considered an advantage. Relocation support is provided; on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with an 08:00–17:00 schedule from Monday to Friday.
