Concentrix is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Dutch-Speaking) in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves assisting customers in resolving inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2) with a college degree.

Customer Service Representative (Dutch‑Speaking) – Global e‑Commerce

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On‑Site)

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, and creators, such as checking order and logistics status.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the client in accordance with the MSA and SOW via the knowledge base.
• Drive overall customer satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality through the case journey and providing regular updates across touchpoints.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve best‑in‑class productivity and impact resolution times for the end customer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1) – verbal and written.
• Fluent in English (B2) – verbal and written.
• Minimum education qualification: college degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce.
• Experience working in call center (voice and non‑voice) and service industry.
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising.
