Concentrix in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Representative to join our on-site team and support customers across multiple channels with high-quality service.

You will document inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets while providing excellent customer experiences. Training and internal progression support are provided.

As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (on‑site), you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.

• Respond appropriately or escalated customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets.
