As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (on‑site), you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information.
• Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with pre‑sales, general inquiries and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned).
• Respond appropriately or escalated customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented.
