Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join a French-speaking team. This front-line role handles inquiries, resolves issues, and ensures customers leave the conversation satisfied. You will follow up on open cases, stay calm under pressure, and collaborate with a supportive team.

French fluency and English at least B1 are required, plus EU work eligibility and basic tech comfort. The position is on-site with standard 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• French: Fluent.
• English: B1 level.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• EU work eligibility (citizenship or valid permit).
• Comfort with learning new internal systems.

Requirements:

• Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
