Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Operations specialist to support SMBs expanding their digital presence across major social platforms. You will assist clients via chat, email and phone with pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, ad troubleshooting and account optimization.

The role requires a strong command of English (C1) and digital literacy, with emphasis on empathetic, professional communication and secure handling of sensitive information.
