Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Operations professional to support SMBs in growing their digital presence across major global social media platforms. You will assist clients via Chat, Email, and Phone with pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, troubleshoot tools, and optimize accounts.

The role emphasizes empathetic and efficient support, handling sensitive information securely and maintaining high CSAT. Training, onboarding, and paid product training are provided.

Qualifications

• C1 Level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional communication tone.
• Ability to troubleshoot ad platform tools and manage client inquiries smoothly.
• Digital literacy and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist business clients in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Provide technical and operational support via Chat, Email, and Phone.
