Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Operations specialist to support SMB clients across major social media platforms. You will assist via chat, email, and phone with pre-sales and post-sales advertising inquiries, troubleshoot tools, and optimize accounts.

You will maintain high CSAT, handle sensitive information securely, and communicate professionally while delivering empathetic, efficient service. Training is provided and private health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• C1 level English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Customer-focused and professional communication style.
• Ability to troubleshoot ad platform tools and handle inquiries smoothly.
• Digital literacy and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist business clients in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Provide technical and operational support via Chat, Email, and Phone.
