Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Operations professional to support SMBs growing their digital presence across major social platforms. You will assist clients by chat, email, and phone, helping with pre-sales and post-sales inquiries, tool troubleshooting, and account optimization.

Ideal candidates communicate in English at C1 level, are customer-focused, and able to troubleshoot ad platform tools while handling confidential information responsibly. Training and onboarding are provided.

Qualifications

• C1 level English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Customer-focused, empathetic and professional communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot ad platform tools and handle inquiries.
• Digital literacy and quick learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist business clients in setting up and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
• Provide technical and operational support via Chat, Email, and Phone.
• Maintain high CSAT by delivering empathetic and efficient support.
• Handle sensitive account information securely and manage client communications professionally.
