Nomadify is seeking a German-speaking customer care specialist to join our international team in Portugal. No prior experience required; you will learn quickly through our comprehensive training and onboarding.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, deliver polite and professional support, and log interactions in our database. Relocation support is provided to help you move to Portugal and thrive in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German proficiency (C1-C2).
• English language skills at B1 level or higher.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Portugal.
• EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, or live chat.

Requirements

• Fully prepared to relocate, live, and work in Portugal.
• A proactive, dependable individual with a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working within a diverse, multicultural corporate setting.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid, existing work permit for Portugal.
