Nomadify is seeking German-speaking customer care specialists to join our international team in Portugal. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, delivering accurate, courteous, and solution-driven support to a global user base.

Requirements

• Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in German (fluent/bilingual).
• English language skills at a B1 level or higher.
• Fully prepared to relocate, live, and work in Portugal.
• A proactive, dependable individual with a strong willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working within a diverse, multicultural corporate setting.
• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid, existing work permit for Portugal.
