Nomadify is seeking a German-speaking Customer Interaction Specialist to join our Portugal-based team. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering polite, accurate, and helpful responses while maintaining robust records in our internal systems.

Ideal candidates are native in German with English at least B1, willing to relocate to Portugal, and eager to learn in a dynamic, multicultural environment. EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal is required.

Qualificações

• Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in German.
• English language skills at a B1 level or higher.
• Fully prepared to relocate, live, and work in Portugal.
