Cross Border Talents is seeking a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers using a digital payments and business technology platform. You will provide B2B support, respond to account and service enquiries, and help resolve technical issues in Catalan and English.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, verifying information, maintaining records, and delivering a professional customer experience in a 24/7 rotating shift environment based
Formación
- Fluent or native-level Catalan and proficient English.
- Experience in paid campaign management.
- Experience in digital marketing and in a contact centre/customer service role in an AdTech environment.
- Marketing degree is advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Provide personalised B2B support by phone, email and/or chat.
- Assist business customers with platform, account and service enquiries.
- Investigate technical and operational issues and provide practical solutions.
- Verify account-holder information in line with established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and follow applicable policies and procedures.
- Deliver a consistently professional customer experience.
