Cross Border Talents is seeking a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent for on-site work in Lisbon to support business customers on a digital payments platform. You will handle platform and account enquiries in Catalan and English, deliver professional customer service, and contribute to 24/7 operations with rotating shifts.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication, experience in paid campaigns, and a background in digital marketing or AdTech environments.

Competenze

• Fluent Catalan and good English are required.
• Experience in paid campaign management is preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing and in a contact centre/customer service role in an AdTech environment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights.
