Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist B2B clients on a digital payments and business technology platform. You will handle Catalan and English inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering professional service and practical solutions.

You will work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation, with nights included, and gain exposure to AdTech, digital marketing, and campaign management within a busy contact centre.

Qualifications

• Fluent Catalan and good English.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and in a contact centre/customer service role in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised B2B support by phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business customers with platform, account and service enquiries.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide practical solutions.
• Verify account-holder information in line with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable policies and procedures.
