Cross Border Talents is seeking a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers using a digital payments and business technology platform. You will provide B2B support, respond to account and service enquiries, and help resolve issues in Catalan and English.

The role requires strong communication and customer-service skills, experience in AdTech or digital marketing, and the ability to work rotating shifts including nights. On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualifikationen
