Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers on a digital payments and marketing platform. You will handle B2B support by phone, email and chat in Catalan and English, resolve account and service enquiries, and help address technical and operational issues.

The role requires rotating shifts including nights in a 24/7 operation. A Marketing-related degree is advantageous and familiarity with social media is helpful.

Qualifications

• Fluent Catalan and good English required.
• Experience in AdTech customer service is advantageous.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights.
