Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers on our digital payments and business technology platform. You will deliver B2B support, handle account and service enquiries, and resolve technical and operational issues in Catalan and English.

Responsibilities include providing personalised support via phone/email/chat, verifying information, and maintaining records for quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Catalan and English.
• Experience in paid campaigns and digital marketing.
• Background in contact centre or customer service in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media and digital advertising.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised B2B support by phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business customers with platform, account and service enquiries.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide practical solutions.
• Verify account-holder information in line with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable policies and procedures.
