Cross Border Talents is seeking a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist business customers using a digital payments and business technology platform. You will provide B2B support in Catalan and English, handling account and service enquiries and resolving issues.

You will work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, with rotating shifts including nights. A Marketing-related degree is an advantage and prior AdTech experience is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and AdTech.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights.
