Cross Border Talents is seeking a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent for B2B help on a digital payments platform. You will handle enquiries in Catalan and English, assist with account and service issues, and resolve operational problems. Rotating shifts across a 24/7 schedule apply.

The role requires strong communication and prior AdTech/contact centre experience, with a focus on delivering professional customer service and accurate records.

Formación

• Catalan language fluency and strong English required.
• Experience in paid campaign management and AdTech customer service.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised B2B support by phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business customers with platform, account and service enquiries.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide practical solutions.
• Verify account-holder information in line with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable policies and procedures.
• Deliver a consistently professional customer experience.
