Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Catalan-speaking Customer Support Agent for B2B support on a digital payments and business tech platform. You will respond in Catalan and English, handling account and service inquiries and resolving issues with professional care.

Role requires experience in AdTech, digital marketing, and a contact centre environment, plus willingness to rotate shifts including nights. On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent Catalan and good English required.
• Experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing and in a contact centre/customer service role in an AdTech environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised B2B support by phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business customers with platform, account and service enquiries.
• Investigate technical and operational issues and provide practical solutions.
• Verify account-holder information in line with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and follow applicable policies and procedures.
• Deliver a consistently professional customer experience.
