Cognizant in Lisbon is seeking a multilingual Customer Support Specialist to assist users via phone, email and chat. You will identify the client’s problem, troubleshoot and document actions while supporting paid products from a global service line.

We value German native-level writing and speaking skills, fluent English, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. The role is office-based in Lisbon with support for flexible hours as required.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of direct customer service experience required, preferably in contact centers in a B2C and/or B2B environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be organized and able to learn new processes and adapt to changing operations.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, e-mail or chat and troubleshoot to find solutions.
• Provide general and technical support to customers using paid products.
• Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
