Job summary

Cognizant in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Agent with Brazilian Portuguese to join a multicultural team delivering multi-channel support to users of our streaming service.

You will handle customer queries by phone, email and chat, identify issues, troubleshoot and document actions for engineering teams. This role requires Brazilian Portuguese and English, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of direct customer service experience in contact centers.
• Portuguese Brazilian (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1) proficiency.
• Excellent native-level written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, email or chat, identify problems and troubleshoot to solutions.
• Provide general and technical support to customers using paid products.
• Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
