Cross Border Talents invites a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Lisbon. The role covers handling inquiries via calls, chat, emails, and social media, acting as a trusted consultant with tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate is a native German speaker with English proficiency, strong typing and MS Office skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. A high school diploma is required, customer service experience is a plus, and rotational shifts

Qualificações

• Native level German (C1–C2)
• Fluency in English (at least B2)
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Organizational, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required
• Availability to work on rotational shifts

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels
• Serve as a consultant to customers, offering prompt and tailored solutions
• Respond to Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social channels
• Adapt the brand voice and tone for interactions across private and public channels
• Handle customer escalations and route issues to higher tiers as documented
