Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our global team. You will assist customers via phone, live chat, email and social channels, acting as a trusted consultant and delivering prompt, tailored solutions.

Prerequisites include native German, English at least B2, strong MS Office skills, clear communication, and a customer-focused mindset. The role is full-time with hybrid or remote options and a supportive training program.

Qualificações

• Native level German required.
• Fluency in English (B2) required.
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office).
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational, decision-making and analytical skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Availability to work on rotational shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service via incoming calls, live chat, emails, and social media channels.
• Serve as a consultant to customers, offering prompt and tailor-made solutions.
• Handle pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social channels.
