Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading digital financial services brand, resolving queries via chat, phone and email.

You will work on-site in Lisbon, with relocation and visa support provided for international candidates, paid training, and a multicultural environment with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian.
• Fluent English.
• Customer support or banking experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Own cases end to end, including complex ones.
• Support fraud checks, disputes and complaints.
• Assist vulnerable customers and escalate when needed.
