Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries via chat, phone and email.

Native Italian and fluent English are required; banking or customer support experience is an advantage. You will receive relocation and visa support, training, accommodation options, and a meal allowance as part of a multicultural growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution
• Own cases end to end, including complex ones
• Support fraud checks, disputes and complaints
• Assist vulnerable customers and escalate when needed
