Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian and English to join an international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries via chat, phone and email.

You will own cases end-to-end, support fraud checks and complaints, and assist vulnerable customers. Relocation support and onboarding are provided to international candidates.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian language proficiency.
• Fluent English for customer interactions.
• Customer service or banking experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Own cases end to end, including complex ones.
• Support fraud checks, disputes and complaints.
• Assist vulnerable customers and relocate when needed.
