Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian & English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers of a leading digital financial services brand, resolving queries via chat, phone and email.

Responsibilities include resolving queries, owning cases end to end (including complex ones), supporting fraud checks, disputes, and complaints, and assisting vulnerable customers with escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian required.
• Fluent English required.
• Customer support or banking experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries via chat, phone and email.
