Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian and English to join an international team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries via chat, phone and email.

Key responsibilities include resolving queries with first-contact resolution, owning cases end-to-end (including complex ones), supporting fraud checks and disputes, and assisting vulnerable customers with escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Native-level Italian
• Fluent English
• Customer support or banking experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and decision-making skill
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon

Responsibilities
