Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent for B2B support on a digital payments and business technology platform. You will handle platform and account inquiries in Spanish and English, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality service.

The role requires experience in paid campaigns, digital marketing, and AdTech customer service. Strong communication and familiarity with social media are a plus. Rotating 24/7 shifts including nights are expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
