Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Agent to assist B2B clients on a digital payments and business technology platform from Lisbon. You will handle platform, account and service inquiries in Spanish and English, delivering professional, customer-focused support.
The role requires experience in AdTech marketing, familiarity with social media, and strong communication skills. It includes rotating 24/7 shifts, including nights, with on-site work in Lisbon, Portugal
Formación
- Experience in B2B customer support (phone/email/chat).
- Experience in paid campaigns and AdTech.
- Excellent written and oral communication in Spanish and English.
- Availability for rotating 24/7 shifts including nights.
Responsabilidades
- Provide B2B customer support via phone, email and/or chat.
- Assist business clients with platform, account and service questions.
- Investigate technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Verify account-holder details per established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with internal policies.
