Cross Border Talents is seeking a multilingual B2B Customer Support Agent for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle phone, email, and chat support for business clients, resolving platform-related questions and technical issues.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish or Catalan, with strong communication and customer service skills, and experience in digital marketing or paid campaigns. Prior contact-centre work is a plus.

Qualifications
