The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, with at least 1 year in customer service, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, rotating 24/7 schedule. Full-time office-based position in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automated customer service platforms is a plus.
