Cross Border Talents is hiring a B2B Outbound Sales Specialist in Lisbon to connect with potential business clients, identify opportunities, and guide them through onboarding. You will present advertising solutions, handle objections, and build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth.

Qualifications include English at C1/C2, at least 1 year in B2B/outbound roles, and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Qualificações

• Language Skills: English C1/C2 level.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound calling experience.
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Skills: Strong communication, consultative selling, objection-handling, and business development skills.
• Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
