Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support professional in Lisbon to deliver high-quality English-language support to business clients via phone, email and chat. You will troubleshoot platform-related inquiries, verify account details, and provide tailored solutions to ensure smooth operation of our payment solutions platform.

The role requires handling 24/7 shifts, including nights, with two rotating days off, and a monthly gross salary plus a net meal allowance and a complexity bonus.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service program for an advertising technology company.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Preferred: a degree in Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer support by phone, email and/or chat.
• Assist business clients with questions and issues related to the platform and its services.
• Identify account holders and verify account information following established procedures.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
• Follow all regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of service in English.
