CloserHire is partnering with a leading payment solutions provider to recruit a B2B Customer Support Specialist for Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist business clients via phone, email and chat, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of the platform.

You will troubleshoot technical payment processing issues, verify accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service with a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automated customer service platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades
