Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a technical support agent to handle English-language support for a Lisbon-based AI platform. You will assist users with account, configuration, and performance issues, joining a team that prides itself on fast, reliable responses.

Your role includes reviewing tickets, reproducing issues, guiding customers through solutions, and sharing detailed notes with specialists when escalation is required.

Qualifications

• English at C1 level or higher.
• A technical background or prior experience in tech support.
• A real interest in artificial intelligence.
• Working hours fall between 07:00 and 22:00.
• Available to begin straight away.
• Right to work in Portugal (EU citizenship, residence card/permit, or refugee status).

Responsibilities

• Review support tickets and reproduce issues to help resolve them.
• Walk customers through solutions and pass notes to specialist colleagues when needed.
• Flag recurring problems so the product team can act on them.
