Responsibilities include multi-channel support, troubleshooting, and guiding users through the platform. The role requires C1–C2 English, tech comfort, and rotating day shifts from 07:00 to 22:00.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in English at C1–C2 level.
• Experience in Customer Support or Tech Support.
• Comfortable with digital platforms and software.
