Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking technical support professional to join our growing customer support team. You will be the go-to expert for users of AI-powered software, integrations and platforms, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with Product and Engineering.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using ticketing systems, CRMs and support software.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line and escalated technical support to English-speaking customers via chat, email and phone.
• Troubleshoot issues with AI-powered software, integrations and platform features.
• Diagnose and reproduce bugs, and work with Product and Engineering teams to resolve them.
• Build and improve the internal knowledge base and customer FAQs.
• Deliver excellent customer satisfaction (CSAT) and meet SLA targets.
• Guide customers on product features, workarounds and best practices.
• Spot trends in customer feedback and flag product improvement opportunities.
