Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join an international AI platform project. You will handle technical and account-related issues via phone, email, and chat, helping users maximize AI-powered products.

The ideal candidate has experience in Technical Support or IT Support, is tech-savvy, and excels in communication and problem solving. English as C1+ is required; 40-hour work week with day shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support / IT Support / Tech Customer Support is required.
• Strong interest in technology and AI.
• Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to learn new technologies and products quickly.
• Customer-focused with a proactive service mindset.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and customer support via phone, email and chat.
