You'll handle billing inquiries, troubleshoot access, and guide users through product features. The role offers 8-hour shifts with 24/7 coverage and paid training, with opportunities for permanent contracts. Work onsite in Lisbon.

Formación

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required.
• Legal right to work in Portugal/EU (no visa sponsorship).
• Ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts.

Responsabilidades
