Teleperformance Portugal in Lisbon is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to provide professional support to consumers and business users for an American AI client. The role involves assisting with billing, troubleshooting account access, and guiding users on platform features.

Expect 8-hour shifts (40h/week) with a 1-hour lunch, including Day and Night shifts. A 15-day paid training program is provided, and the contract is Portuguese with potential for permanency after 2 years.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and billing issues.

Responsabilités

• Customer Support: Assist customers with billing and invoicing matters.
• Account Support: Troubleshoot account access issues.
