The role requires fluent English, the ability to work rotating 24/7 shifts, and participation in a 15‑day paid training on tools and client products. A Portuguese contract and modern Lisbon office are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient English, both written and verbal.
• Valid work authorization to work in Portugal/EU (no visa sponsorship).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve billing and technical issues.
• Comfort with 24/7 shift rotations.

Responsabilités
